With our insurance office's extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success.
We will provide assistance with obtaining Licenses and Certifications.
We are searching for bilingual candidates, but are interested in any qualified applicant.

00 per year Benefits Licensed Sales Producers are eligible for:
Base salary plus enhanced commissions Eight paid Holidays per year Medical, Vision and Dental Benefits One week of Paid Vacation after 12 months of continuous employment Time off and paid time for required Allstate education Assistance with obtaining Licenses and Certifications 1 Paid person/sick days after every 2 months of continuous employment Responsibilities Solicits and writes new P&C policies from both inside and outside the BOB Follow up leads and actively solicits new customers as a primary part of daily activities.
Follows consistent sales process for all prospects for:
Prescreening Quoting /Requoting using all agency software Bundling and Cross Selling at Point of Sale Closing sales and application completion with appropriate follow ups Follow-up on unsold quotes consistently Actively calls all leads provided by agency Bundles Auto/Home/Renters/PUP/Boats/ ETC at point of sale Develops customer relationship through sales process Consistently presents product coverages appropriate to customer needs.
Educates customers on key coverages by product.
Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures Requirements This position requires a P&C license.
If you do not currently have one, we will assist you in obtaining one.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
We are looking for Bilingual Candidates (Spanish/English), but will consider all qualified applicants.
If an offer is made and accepted, applicant will be required to attend training with Allstate and successfully complete all educational course necessary to perform the duties of a Licensed Sales Producer.
